The association is organized to develop and operate a youth football and cheerleading program in affiliation with Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. Through the medium of a supervised, competitive football and cheerleading program, the association seeks to teach the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, scholarship, and reverence, so that they may be finer, stronger and happier youth who will grow to be good, healthy adults.
